Radhika Shroff is a senior investor and board member with over two decades of experience across private markets and institutional portfolio management. She has served on 10+ private and nonprofit boards and brings deep expertise in asset allocation, manager selection, and governance, including oversight of external managers and Outsourced CIO relationships. Most recently, she was Managing Director in PE Impact at Nuveen, overseeing a USD 1.4bn strategy invested across funds, co-invests and direct globally.

As a direct PE investor, she focuses on growth stage companies in both climate and inclusive growth. Before Nuveen, she was the Deputy CIO of Accion International’s USD 300m financial inclusion investment strategy, focused on investing in financial services companies in emerging markets globally. Radhika currently sits on the Board of the Luce Foundation, leads oversight of the USD 1.2bn endowment and is involved in work at the intersection of AI and responsible investing.
